If you're looking for a grip case for your Switch Lite that balances between having enough of a grip to make holding the Switch Lite comfortable for extended play sessions without making it too bulky, the Mumba Grip Case (Blade Series) might be the grip for you.First off, the color of the grip case does not match the color of the turquoise Switch Lite (it's more blue and less green than the Switch Lite). If that kind of thing bothers you, then look somewhere else. To me, it's acceptable but not ideal. The grips extend back and outward making the Switch Lite a little thicker and wider toward the bottom but giving your palms and fingers a comfortable place to rest. This puts your thumbs in the perfect position for using the left analog stick and the buttons but it's not as ideal for using the d-pad or the right analog stick (I would recommend the Satisfye grip with its asymmetrical design if you mainly want a grip for dual-analog stick use). I think they could've made the grips a hair longer/larger to allow for re-positioning your grip to change where your thumbs naturally fall.In terms of protection, the dense rubber around the edges and the grips will protect your Switch Lite from small falls (as long as it does not land on the unprotected L/R bumpers) and the transparent back will protect it against scratches. All the ports/vents have the appropriate cutouts (except for the micro SD card slot but how often do you swap micro SD cards?) and the power/volume buttons are covered. The grip case is very easy to put on and take off, if that matters to you, and I don't see any potential issues with the grip case scratching/damaging your Switch Lite. All in all, I recommend the Mumba Grip Case (Blade Series) if you're looking for a case that adds grips without compromising the Switch Lite's portability. As the pictures show, the attachment adds a fair amount of bulk to the switch you put it on. This isn't a problem except for putting it away in certain cases, but if you need your switch to have some protection then it's well worth having this regardless of that detail.Fits our son’s Nintendo Switch Lite perfectly. The teal color is a little darker than the switch itself, but not enough to be annoying. This really increases the comfort factor over time. The standard switch lite is painful to use for long periods of gaming due to being so flat. The grips fill out into your hands well without a lot of bulk and don’t detract from any of the controls. Attaching it is simple as clipping it on, and the game card door can still be accessed easily.Another big plus with the case on is that it is still smaller than a regular switch. This means that it can fit in a regular switch case with the grip on.I enjoyed the extra bulk around the bottom edges that give it that "I'm holding a controller" feel. I especially like that its see through in the back. I specifically wanted a clear protective case to show off the zacian and zamasenta design of my special pokemon edition switch lite.the case feels sturdy and matte so it has a nice feel to it. it has raised edges along the switch lite to kind of protect the screen if it fell at a certain angle, the analog sticks, and trigger buttons would probably get banged up in a drop but its expected to give those things free movement.the only thing I didnt like is that the external power and volume buttons have to be pressed kinda hard to register the input. I feel the volume buttons are easier to use without the plastic on top being on top. but I could just control waking up and putting to sleep the console and the volume by holding the home button on the switch lite.also the bottom were the sd card slot is closed off. but I dont expect you to switch memory cards as often as you would game cards.also this my personal dislike and is completely based on the color, maybe I would get the peacock color to match the blue part of my switch lite but the black looks nice too.over all compared to other clear or semi clear cases this one is much nicer feel and protectiveness and is semi clear for my specific reason that i wanted to show off the back.I have smaller hands so the switch lite is almost comfortable for me as-is. The hori armor bumped the comfort up a notch, but it didn't have a large grip to hold and rest my hands on. The much talked about satisfye grip was too wide for me and made it a bit of a stretch to reach the buttons.I decided to try this one on a whim and I'm glad I did. Compared to the hori, the grips on this one are a bit bigger and angled out rather than straight down. It makes the system a bit wider, but not by much, and ultimately gives your palms a nice place to rest, and puts your hands at a comfortable angle, especially the right hand. Your fingers can then easily grab/rest on the back grips. It does not fit into the hori tough pouch due to the angle of the grips, so I ordered the mumba case as well.Overall, I'm very pleased with this grip. The only downside is that the game card slot is a bit difficult to open with short nails, but the Hori case had the same issue.I really love it! It actually helps for people with medium to larger sized hands. Highly recommend if you need something like this.Bought and returned a few different grip cases before I got this one. Sturdy case, nice fit, nice hand feel.I love this product very easy to grip help me locate my game when I put it down overall qualityIt was okay, not great, but okay. At first I loved it, I turned my system on then put the grip on, all good so far, until I wanted to turn down the volume or turn off the system. The Switch's OS is somewhat of a stupid design, to turn it off you have to hold down the power button, not such a good idea with the position of the button. But with this grip, expect more pain and confusion (Is it working? Am I even holding the power button down, or is this the volume button?). Pressing the button as hard as you can and still not actually doing anything.Feels like a lifetime when the system realises you're holding down the power button. Quite annoying.Lack of access to the micro SD card slot is also irritating, just cut it out and have it linked to the grip with a tether of some sort.Other than those complaints, it does make your system look pretty cool. It's ok, but nothing special, the grips aren't large enough to really add to the comfort, so really it's just a case for protection. Also it's a tad loose so as you shift your hand you can feel it move slightly which is annoying but not a deal breaker for me. If it was closer to a tenner id say it's great, but not at £21Amazing quality really easy grip would probably do very well for kids as it seems if you were to drop it it wouldn't damageThe standard of what Nintendo console grips should be once you put these on you can't go back.Works for me, i liked.
