I work away from home for 24 hour shifts. I needed something to carry my switch and all the accessories back and forth to base, and was worried it would break in my backpack with no hard shell. So I ordered this & it’s been awesome! Everything fits perfectly and I don’t have to worry about my switch at all. I’m pretty sure I could throw this thing and nothing inside would budge. However, you can not have cases on your joycon and use this case. You can have a case on the switch itself, and it will fit, but not the cons. Regardless- it’s a keeper!!I bought this case because I was looking for something a bit more slim to better fit in my backpack with my laptop, but wanted something that would also protect my console really well.This does that exceptionally. Console fits snug in the case with a little room for a sleeve of games. The sleeve holds up to eight games, but the draw back is that the game sleep stretches just a little. Makes the games easier to get out for me, but I could see a child accidentally flinging games across the back of the van if they’re flinging the open case around.But if that’s the only draw back, I’m happy. No place for my charger, but I didn’t need it to carry a charger as I already have one for the car, home, and office.Great game storage and holds so many games. Easy to take with you.I bought this to travel with my Nintendo switch . It has nice hard outside and firm foam inside . I has take no damage from falling off tables . I trust this case to protect my Switch from falls and from being crushed.Amazing for my daughter she uses it all the time cause her cause does not fit all of her game brings it everywhere very sturdy would buy againMy husband likes to put my son’s switch I. A carry on when we travel but when it’s just me and the kids I can’t do it so I got this and put it in a suitcase. 2 international and 2 domestic flights later and it’s still in perfect condition. There’s plenty of room for an extra controller or two too.Hello I had got this case as a means to transport my Nintendo switch around town/wherever I want to bring my whole system setup (the dock charger and a extra controller) I have a black version and I like the rubber handle makes it easy and comftable to carry around. As for the outer shell it’s wrapped around a fabric so far it has not ripped on me or get caught on anything or have any tears ect. As for the material under it is a “clamshell” case and has a hard plastic surround under the fabric. It is definitely not gonna survive a car running it over but for your basic banged up against a wall or maybe a drop or two I am very confident in the case ability to protect the switch especially if you have it maybe in a backpack or in a car going somewhere. Just like the photos it has cutouts that go around your system so only the regular joycons would fit. Maybe if you were to try and fit the 3rd party joycons (maybe a hori split pad pro) in substitution of the pro controller cut out could something like that be possible. Also no aftermarket cases for the joycons would work (my joycons have a transparent clear case that has a ridge or “bubble” the gives me more space to grab the regular joycons” that would have to be removed in order to transport inside the case. Also no 3rd party controllers can be used only the official Nintendo pro controller would fit but everything else the dock and cables ect all fit inside in a nice convenient case. One star for misleading advertising and hassle of buying a different case. Overall it's quality is alright, as much as you can expect for the price, it holds 10 games, holds the switch snuggly, and flip the flap up and you can rest the switch on it as pictured to play (only really useful if you've broken/lost the kickstand on the switch itself). It's a good case if you want to safely carry your switch and some games, but don't expect to put anything in the lid pocket other than maybe a cable, even earphones would be a squeeze.I love these cases being made for the Nintendo DS games. I wish we had these cases back then where we had to buy small separate cases for the gameboy advance games.Look at the photos, it does the job, I was able to put all of my Nintendo Switch games. Sometimes it is a little hard to remove the card, I was a bit worried that I would damaged the game cartridge.So in the description, it says that you are able to fit 24 Nintendo Switch game cards and there is a lot of slots available so yes this does the job and very good decent price.Thanks a lot, now I won't lose my games and I can have more space in my room without the game cases.While it was in my possession, it was a timesaver. Now it has cost me £120ish in lost switch games (mario odessy, kart, deamon x machina, FE:TH, ect.) And i can't tell if it was stolen or lost. So if you are a scatterbrain like me, stick to the individual boxes. That way, you will only lose one, or you could tell they all got nicked.Whenever I buy a case for my phone, I always go for those chunky military style ones which, even though they add a bit of bulk to the device, mean my phones can withstand a lot of punishment. I wanted something similar for my Switch, because there's no way I'd be leaving the house with it if I didn't feel it was 100% protected from knocks and bumps while in my backpack.Unlike a lot of other Switch cases that are basically just large pencil cases, this one is a solid piece of kit, with an incredibly thick and robust hard plastic shell that could probably withstand a small nuke. In serious terms though, if it fell off a waist high table onto the floor I'd feel fairly confident that my Switch would be intact. The interior is filled with a dense foam, and the cutout for the device is very snug.There's also a flap inside which has storage for about 10 games, which is handy. The one downside to the whole thing (and the only reasons I give it 4 stars instead of 5) is that the little pouches for the games actually obscure the sticker on front of the cartridges so that you can't tell which games are which, so unless you memorise which games are where, you have to pull each one out one by one.However, in the grand scheme of things this is a tiny gripe and a very small price to pay for such an impressive and resilient case. If you're after maximum protection when transporting your Switch, this is a brilliant choice.This item shows an American style plug in the picture and in all honesty (which in fairness I did not look out for), I did not notice this as it is a second or third one down. With it being on Amazon UK, and Ireland (where I am based) having the same plug style as the UK (I ordered it through a parcel motel service) you'd think the plug fits right. It doesen't fit correctly as advertised in the picture, and is quite awkard to do so (it seems like blind luck based on the larger plug types vs someone modifying it for said market).
